Mount Maunganui – my back yard…

Last week we moved round the corner to the beach, literally on the beach, the crisp afternoons have been spent walking our dog Frankie and exploring our new backyard, I never thought I would enjoy the beach so much considering we have lived 200 mtrs from it for the last eight years, there is something about having it at your doorstep, we have been spoilt with amazing still clear days since moving in, so I am dreaming of summer fun, barbeques, and lots of friends stopping by….I may even take up surfing!
